Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Service description
WakeUpCall247 helps customers schedule a fixed spoken wake-up message with an optional customer-written motivation. It is not an emergency, medical, safety-critical, employment-verification, or third-party impersonation service. Account availability should be checked before a schedule is relied on, and delivery is not guaranteed.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, maintain control of their account, ensure their device can receive calls, and configure a realistic schedule and time zone. Customers are responsible for reviewing scheduled calls and keeping a separate backup alarm where timing is important.
3. Lawful and authorised use
Customers may use only their own number or a number for which they have permission. They must not use the service to deceive, impersonate a real person or organisation, make false emergency or employment claims, harass anyone, or send unlawful or defamatory content. WakeUpCall247 may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms.
4. Availability and changes
Telecommunications networks, carriers, devices, and third-party providers can affect delivery. WakeUpCall247 should use reasonable efforts to operate the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or guaranteed delivery. If a material service change occurs, customers should be given clear notice and any applicable consumer-law remedies.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, renewal terms, and cancellation steps must be displayed clearly at checkout. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. WakeUpCall247 should keep checkout copy aligned with the actual plan, trial, call limits, and supported-country availability.
6. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, WakeUpCall247’s liability should be limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of resupply, except where a remedy cannot be limited.
7. Contact and governing details
This public draft still needs the operator’s legal entity, contact channel, and governing-law/jurisdiction details after legal review.
